Hyundai to Launch Ioniq 6 Electric Car in Pakistan Tomorrow March 1, 2024

HYUNDAI – The EV market in Pakistan is about to get way more competition as Hyundai Nishat is expected to launch their first Ioniq 6 EV tomorrow in Pakistan.

Hyundai have been giving teasers about their new launch over the social media platforms for some time now.

However, as the automobile giant didn’t directly and officially state that an EV is coming soon, nobody exactly expected it.

But, Hyundai is finally launching their first Electric Vehicle in Pakistan tomorrow on MARCH 1, 2024 which looks to be the Ioniq 6.

The Ioniq 6 in the US started at $38,650 (about Rs. 1.08 crore). It can go 429 km on one charge and has 149 horsepower.

As of now in the US, they only sell the long-range model for $42,450. It can go over 560 km on one charge and has 225 horsepower.

We don’t know yet if we’ll get the one that can go 580 km or the one that can only go 429 km with less power. It’s kind of interesting to see which one Hyundai will release.

As of Hyundai’s latest post on social media handles, the caption read, “Drive with Hyundai as we pioneer a new era of mobility with only one day to go”.

This may hint that Hyundai is expected to launch the latest model of Ioniq 6 into the Pakistani market.

However, as for an official statement, Hyundai has still not clarified or mentioned directly about the unique vehicle they are about to launch.
