RIYADH – The Pakistan Military’s Media Wing on Wednesday stated that COAS General Asim Munir called upon the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz to discuss defence ties between the two nations.
Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir met the Saudi Crown Prince and had discussions related to bilateral relations between the two Islamic countries.
Gen Asim called on Assistant Minister of Defence of KSA Engineer Talal Abdullah Al Otaibi, Chief of General Staff (CGS) Saudi Armed Forces His Excellency General Fayyadh Bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili.
Moreover, the Defence Minister of KSA HRH Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and other senior military leadership were also called.

ISPR stated in a statement that the COAS Gen Asim Munir discussed matters of regional peace and security alongside tranquillity and bilateral defence cooperation.
During these meetings, the Crown Prince of Saudi highlighted that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have strong and old brotherly relations with each other.
ISPR stated that the Saudi price also stated that Saudia will continue to stand with Pakistan like a brother for the near and far future.
COAS Gen Asim Munir thanked the Crown prince for his limitless support towards the people of Pakistan and its land.
