RAWALPINDI – In shocking news, the Federal Board of Revenue’s Grade 18th Officer, Rehmatullah Khan was kidnapped from Rawalpindi and the kidnappers have demanded a ransom of Rs10 million.
The incident took place during the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays and according to the FIR
based on a complaint lodged by Khan’s brother-in-law.
He states that Rehmatullah left his home at 11 am on April 12, 2024 stating that he’s going to his friends place to wish them Eid.

However, since then, his mobile phone has been switched off and no contact can be made nor has he been seen anywhere or heard from.
The brother-in-law then stated that he received a call from an individual speaking Sindhi, asking for a Ransom of 1 crore..
The individual stated that they are holding Rahmatullah Khan in the Katch area and the ransom should be paid as soon as possible.
Police have started an investigation into the matter to recover the kidnapped individual.
