Pakistan set to host first international animal rights conference

The first National Plant-Based Animal Rights Organisation in Pakistan, along with Environmental and Animal Rights Consultants, proudly announces the first International Conference on Animal and Environmental Rights in Pakistan, hosted by the country’s first animal and environmental law firm.

The event will be held at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore on January 18 and 19, 2025.

Bringing together distinguished speakers from around the globe to address important issues in animal and environmental rights, this historic event will establish a potent forum for discourse in Pakistan.

With non-human needs finally being given priority, the conference seeks to place Pakistan on the international scene for environmental and animal activism.

“By hosting this event, we are creating history,” stated Altamush Saeed, a co-founder of the Charity Doings Foundation Pakistan.

“This meeting is about more than just the environment or animals. It is for everyone who genuinely cares about making the world a better, more sustainable place.

We extend an invitation to individuals from many backgrounds to take part, sponsor, volunteer, or exhibit their work.

The event has already attracted international interest, and with the help of the Animal & Vegan Advocacy (AVA) Summit and the Asia for Animals Coalition, it will be officially unveiled on October 12 at the Asia Farm Animal Day.
