Best days for pilgrims to perform Umrah to avoid crowds and pleasant weather

Dr Tawfiq al Rabiah, the Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah has announced the best and most pleasant time for pilgrims to perform Umrah. This timeframe is the best for individuals who want to perform the Umrah with the least crowds and spiritually connect with Mecca.

Best time for Umrah

The Saudi Minister has advised that there are two times individuals can perform Umrah to avoid crowds and enjoy the pleasant weather. The first time frame is in the morning from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. This is the time most of the people don’t come for Umrah and you will find the least number of crowds here. The second time is in the evening, from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This is also one of the best times to enjoy the best weather and spiritually connect with Mecca as you feel solitude in this time frame.

Least Crowded days to perform Umrah

The Saudi Minister also gave the days for the best experience. He stated that Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday are the three days that the least number of pilgrims come to Mecca. These three days are the perfect days for individuals to come and perform Umrah for a more tranquil and peaceful experience. Moreover, individuals seeking solitude should come in these days in the above mentioned time.

Pakistan reduces Hajj costs/expenses

The government of Pakistan has announced  massive reduction of Rs 0.1 million in Hajj expenses while providing state of the art facilities. The pilgrims going on Hajj from Pakistan government scheme will receive a bag of 30 kg, the female pilgrims will receive an Abaya that displays the Pakistani flag. The bags will have a QR code which will make identification much easier as well. 

The government of Pakistan has also introduced a short and cost-effective Hajj package for its citizens.
