Commercial plots in Islamabad go up for auction

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has revealed plans for an open auction of commercial plots at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad, scheduled from February 25 to 28, 2025.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced an auction for a variety of commercial plots, including Marakaz, industrial, apartments, Park Enclave, Class-III shopping centers, constructed shops at Blue Area parking plazas, and commercial plots in Blue Area. The auction will begin at 10:00 AM each day.

To attract investors, CDA has introduced several incentives, including a 5% rebate on payments made in U.S. dollars and a 10% rebate for those who pay the total amount within one month. Additionally, investors will receive approval for building plans after an initial 25% payment. There will be no site and marketing office charges during the approved construction period. A flexible payment plan allows investors to pay the remaining 75% over two years in six equal installments. Possession of the plot will be granted after payment of 75% of the premium, provided a valid bank guarantee is in place for the remaining amount.
