KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) informed its investors of Farrukh H Khan’s decision to resign as Chief Executive Officer.
“Mr. Farrukh H Khan has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited in order to pursue other opportunities,” PSX said in a statement.
“The Board has called an emergent meeting today, Friday, July 05, 2024, to consider his resignation. Any subsequent announcement will be made accordingly.”
Farrukh was appointed CEO PSX in 2020. He had previously served as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI) in addition to sitting on boards of various public and private sector entities.
He was the founding partner and CEO of BMA Capital Management Limited as well.
