The US Dollar to Pakistani Rupee (PKR) exchange rate stood at Rs288.3 in the open market, while the selling rate was Rs288.6.
The interbank exchange rate for the US Dollar remained stable at RS282.15, showing no change from its previous closing rate of RS284. The Pakistani Rupee also showed mixed performance against other foreign currencies. The Euro was available at RS334.40 for buying and RS338.40 for selling. The British Pound saw higher rates, with buying at RS386.4 and selling at RS390.4.
Among Gulf currencies, the UAE Dirham was traded between RS78.50 and RS79.4, while the Saudi Riyal ranged from RS76.75 to RS77.4. The Kuwaiti Dinar remained the strongest, with rates between RS931.7 and RS943.70. The Qatari Riyal stood at RS77.43 for buying and RS78.13 for selling.
Asian currencies showed smaller fluctuations. The Chinese Yuan was at RS39.18 for buying and RS39.58 for selling, while the Japanese Yen ranged from RS1.9150 to RS2.0150. The Malaysian Ringgit traded between RS66.4 and RS67.
The Canadian Dollar stood at RS210.40 buying and RS215.40 selling, and the Australian Dollar ranged from RS185.9 to RS190.9. The New Zealand Dollar moved between RS167.36 and RS169.36. The Singapore Dollar was noted between RS221.9 and RS226.9.
