KARACHI – Gold prices registered whooping surge in domestic market to reach all-time high in Pakistan on Thursday amid increasing international prices.
According to Sarafa Association, per tola gold price surged by Rs4,600 to close at Rs254,000 while the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs3,944 to reach Rs217,764.
The yellow metal witnessed significant increase in international market as per ounce price moved up by $60 to settle $2,470.
Meanwhile, silver prices saw no change in Pakistani market as per tola price stands at Rs2,900 in local market.
