Successful launch of Shaheen-II ballistic missile marks major defense milestone for Pakistan

RAWALPINDI – Pakistan has successfully conducted a flight test of surface-to-surface ballistic missile Shaheen-II, the military’s media affairs ISPR said.

Pakistani military successfully executed the flight test of Shaheen-II surface-to-surface ballistic missile as part of a training exercise aimed at preparing troops, assessing technical specifications, and evaluating the performance of various missile systems designed to improve precision and resilience.

Officers of Strategic Plans Division, Army Strategic Forces Command, and various strategic organizations, as well as scientists and engineers witnessed the milestone.

Director General of the Strategic Plans Division praised the efforts and achievements of the scientists involved. High-ranking officials, including the President, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff congratulated nation.
