The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Syrus Sajjad Qazi on Thursday has let out some shocking facts as he exposed India for organising terrorist activities in Pakistan and all over the world.
Foreign secretary said in a statement that we have evidence that has linked Indian agents to the killing of two Pakistan nationals on Pakistani soil.
Sajjad Qazi stated, “Indian agents used technology and safe havens on foreign soil to commit assassinations in Pakistan. They recruited, financed and supported criminals, terrorists and unsuspecting civilians to play defined roles in these assassinations”.
Two Pakistani nationals named as Shahid Latif and Ali Riaz were assassinated in 2023 and investigations followed.
The following investigations revealed heinous plans of the Indian government and agents to plan and finance assassinations in Pakistan.
Shahid Latif was one of the individuals assassinated in Pakistan on October 11, 2023. The following investigations revealed an astonishing story.
An Indian agent by the name of Yogesh Kumar has been staying in third world countries and hiring contract killers to assassinate citizens in Pakistan.
The Foreign Secretary stated, “They recruited local criminals who were able to locate Shahid Latif, however, they were unable to carry out the execution”.

Further investigations revealed that Umair was hired by Yogesh Kumar and was funded by him as well.
Yogesh, an Indian agent, hired Umair and tasked him with killing Shahid Latif. Umair orchestrated a team of 5 contract killers in Pakistan.
However, numerous attempts had failed after Umair was personally sent to Pakistan by Yogesh Kumar.
Umair was provided with ammunition and all kinds of financial support to undergo this mission. After Umair was successful he was caught fleeing Pakistan.
They used Telegram as a means of communication and were financed from overseas by Yugesh as well.
“Based on the confessional statements and technical evidence, law enforcement authorities quickly apprehended the target killers, including Muhammad Umair, who were trying to flee the country on Oct 12, 2023”, the Minister added.
Indian agents have harboured themselves in third world countries and have been masterminding assassinations in other countries such the US and Canada as well.
Another such incident has also been caught with evidence. The Assassination of Muhammad Riaz has also been linked.
Muhammad Riaz was assassinated at the time of Fajar inside a mosque in Rawalakot on September 8, 2023.
However, with the swift action from the authorities the killer was captured from Jinnah International Airport trying to flee Pakistan on September 15, 2023.
The killer, identified as Abdullah Ali, was also recruited by two Indian agents named Ashok Kumar Anand and Yogesh Kumar.
Ali was provided with ammunition and all kinds of expenses were financed by the Indian agents which sparked outrage.
The Foreign Secretary stated, “We have documentary, financial and forensic evidence of the involvement of the two Indian agents who masterminded these assassinations”.
Pakistan now has concrete evidence of India arranging extraterritorial activities and assassinations in Pakistan.
Both investigations go back to the Indian agents that have orchestrated the entire thing which is a breach of Pakistan’s sovereignty and the UN Charter.
He also stated, “India must be held accountable internationally for its blatant violation of international law. India’s assassination of Pakistani nationals on Pakistani soil is a violation of its sovereignty and a breach of the UN charter”.
