As per the orders of the Islamabad High Court, the re-examination of the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) was held in Islamabad on December 30.
This test was for students from Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan, as ordered by the Islamabad High Court. The exam began at 11 AM, and students were advised to report to their designated centres by 9 AM.
The 3-hour test consisted of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering various subjects required for medical and dental college admissions. Students were asked to carefully follow all instructions from the exam authorities and ensure they were fully prepared for the re-examination.
The MDCAT re-test attempted to provide a fair opportunity for all eligible candidates to participate in the admission process for medical and dental colleges. To maintain the exam’s integrity, strict security measures and transparency were enforced.
Students brought their identification documents and adhered to any additional guidelines issued by the relevant authorities. This re-examination offered another opportunity for candidates to secure a place in medical and dental colleges, ensuring a fair chance for all students, as mandated by the court.
