RDA Issues Notice to Marketing Company Promoting illegal Housing Societies in Rawalpindi, Islamabad

RDA – The Rawalpindi Development Authority has issued a notice to M/S Reliable Marketing to immediately stop the advertising of illegal housing societies in Rawalpindi, Islamabad.

This notice was served after M/s Reliable Marketing had been promoting nine illegal housing societies in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

According to sources from MP&TE, nine illegal housing societies have been banned so far in Rawalpindi, Islamabad.

Their promotion and advertising creates the rift that they are approved and it tricks people into investing in them.

RDA has been consistently informing residents to check their official website to verify if a housing society is legal or not before investing.

All housing societies are to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from RDA before they are officially launched and approved. 

Spokesperson from RDA states that M/S Reliable Marketing was misleading the residents into believing these were authentic and official societies legalized by the RDA.

They have been ordered to immediately halt all advertisements and marketing of these housing societies to clear the air.
