Authorities close M-2 motorway amid heavy rain, issue safety warning

Social media posts by the Motorway Police have confirmed that the M-2 motorway has been closed in Lahore. The motorway has been closed from Thokar Niaz Baig to Kot Momin because of fierce storms. The authorities advise citizens to avoid traveling in this bad weather and wait until the skies clear and the motorway dries up.
