Driving License Fee: Car Motorcycle Driving License Fee Punjab [March 2024 Update]

PUNJAB – The driving license fee for Punjab, both car and motorcycle driving license fee in Pakistan has been increased since January 2024 2024 due to economic instability.

Driving license fee is mandatory and after January 2024, the government has also increased the driving license renewal fee in Punjab, Pakistan.

The driving license fee for each province varies according to the Provincial government and the license fee for Punjab has been set at an affordable level.

Driving License Learner Permit, Learner License Fee Punjab [March 2024 Update]

The Learner permit or learner license fee has been massively increased and came into effect from January 2024.

Old Driving License Fee – Rs 60/-

New Driving License Fee – Rs 500/-

Motorcycle Driving License Fee Punjab [March 2024 Update]

The driving license fee in Punjab for motorcycle and Rickshaw is still affordable compared to LTV and cars. The following fee is applicable from March 2024.

Motorcycle/Bike – Rs 550/- (5 year validity)

Rickshaw – Rs 550/- (5 year validity)

Prior to January 2024, the government took Rs 550 for 5 year validity of driving license. From January 2024 and onwards, the Punjab government now takes Rs 500 every year till the license expires.

Car, Jeep Driving License Fee Punjab [March 2024 Update]

The driving license fee for car and jeep in Punjab from March 2024 is as below.

Driving License fee for Car Punjab – Rs 950/- (5 year validity)

Prior to January 2024, the government took Rs 950 for a license that is valid for 5 years. Now, the government is scheduled to take Rs 1,800 per year till the expiry of the license.
