Army destroys multiple Afghan posts after infiltration bid

Pakistan Army troops successfully stop an infiltration bid by Fitna al-Khawarij militants near Angoor Adda in Zolol Khel. In a swift counter-operation, soldiers repel unprovoked firing from Afghan Taliban forces and block their border crossing attempt.

Security sources confirm the army’s effective response protects Pakistani territory. But the Taliban militants, unable to enter Pakistan, panic and open fire on civilian areas. This indiscriminate attack leaves three people, including two women, with serious injuries.

They take them to District Headquarters Hospital, Wana, for treatment. The attack on civilians angers locals who side with the army. Defensive action by the Pakistan Army. Soldiers attack multiple Afghan outposts, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. Furthermore, community elders note that recent army successes have rattled the attackers, pushing them to target civilians out of frustration. Residents voice strong support for the forces safeguarding their homes.

This attack parallels the army’s Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq in March. The army attacked militant hideouts and military installations along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in response to those attacks. In turn, Pakistan boosts its security, securing borders amid heightened tensions. The government seeks peace and protects its citizens. Rapid action by the army averts disasters, and sends a warning. Ongoing vigilance prevents greater danger. People come together to express thanks for the courage that protects lives from border threats.
