Govt set to revamp curriculum for new academic year

The Balochistan Education Department has decided to revise the curriculum for the new academic year.

According to officials, the teaching of the Holy Quran along with its translation will now be included as a regular subject from first to twelfth grade. This decision is meant to help students gain a clearer understanding of religious teachings from an early age. Along with this change, new computer education books have been prepared for students of grades six to eight. In addition, education boards have also introduced separate textbooks for classes six to twelve to guide students toward the safe and responsible use of social media.
