According to the Chairman of the Board of Emirates Astronomy Society, Ibrahim Al Arwan, the Holy month of ramzan is likely to begin from March 11, 2024 in Saudi Arabia.

The prediction has been given by an important member of Emirates Astronomy Society. The prediction has been laid out solely on astronomical calculations.

When Does Ramzan Start in Pakistan?

According to this decision, Ramzan is likely to start on March 11 to March 12, 2024 in Pakistan following the date of Ramzan announcements in Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, an interesting thing to note is that winter is expected to end in Saudi Arabia at the start of the third quarter of March.

This means that if Ramzan starts on 11th March, 2024 in Saudi Arabia then it is likely to come in the Winter Season.

This is going to happen after a very long time of almost 26 years since the holy month of Ramadan is coming in Winters.

The time of daily fast will range from region to range but for the UAE, the daily fast (roza) is likely to last an average of 14 hours.

If Ramzan begins from 11th of March, the first Eid, Eid-ul-Fitar will likely be after 30 fasts (rozas) and might be on April 10 or April 11 2024.
