K-Electric introduces rewards program for customers

K-Electric on Tuesday launched a “KE Star Rewards” program to reward consumers who pay their bills on time, according to a private news channel.

With the use of an intuitive redeemable rewards scheme, the project seeks to lessen the financial burden on its patrons.

“In the current economic climate, people are looking for additional ways to control their spending and manage their utilities. According to a statement, “any relief, or incentive, can provide much-needed relaxation and help bridge the gap between customers and utility providers” during such periods.

A range of discounts will be given to “Star Customers” who pay their bills on time and in full each month as part of the utility company’s “KE Star Rewards” program.

The software is made with the wants and necessities of today’s customer in mind. The program encompasses a wide range of daily living factors for customers, including lifestyle, healthcare, cuisine, and entertainment, and it offers something for everyone, it continued.

A spokesman for K-Electric, Ovais Munshi, stated that the utility business is the first in the electricity industry to introduce a customer loyalty program.
