PM Sharif departs for Qatar on two-day official trip

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will visit Qatar at the invitation of Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The delegation will include Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, along with other ministers and senior officials. The visit highlights the strong fraternal ties between Pakistan and Qatar and emphasizes both countries’ commitment to expanding cooperation across multiple sectors.

During his stay in Doha, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will hold a bilateral meeting with Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Discussions will cover political engagement, economic collaboration, energy partnerships, and people-to-people exchanges. Moreover, the two leaders will explore new opportunities in trade, investment, energy, infrastructure development, and manpower export.
