Rajab Moon: Latest Sighting Update in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – The Central Ruet-e-Hilal committee’s Chairman, Maulana Abdul Kabir confirmed that the Rajab moon has been sighted on Friday evening, January 12th, 2024.

As the moon sighting was confirmed, today (13th January, 2024) marks the first day of Rajab 1445 AH which will soon be followed by Shaban and Ramzan.

Rajab is one of the most graceful months for Muslims as masses rejoice in numerous acts of worship and prepare to welcome the Holy month of Ramzan.

Rajab Moon Sighting in Pakistan 2024

Rajab moon has been sighted in Pakistan by the apex sighting  committee, Ruet-e-Hilal in Islamabad.

Meetings were also held in Lahore and Peshawar which included officials from SUPARCO and the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
