The federal government has appointed Major General Muhammad Shamreez Khan as the new Director General (DG) of Rangers Sindh, according to a notification issued by the Establishment Division
The appointment, approved by the government and effective immediately, is made under the Pakistan Rangers Ordinance of 1959. This leadership change is aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of the Sindh Rangers.
Major General Shamreez Khan will assume charge as DG Rangers Sindh, and his tenure will continue until further orders from the government.
