Thousands of teachers boycotted ongoing Training Need Assessment (TNA) test scheduled for weekend, citing different reasons.
Amdi the boycott, School Education Department announced critical deadlines for online assessments that all teachers must adhere to. Primary school teachers are required to complete their assessments via the designated mobile app by tonight Monday.
Elementary school teachers have a deadline extension until Tuesday night to submit their tests. SST and principals will have their testing window open from 9 PM tomorrow until 9 PM on Wednesday.
SED made it clear that teachers who do not participate in the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) by October 30 will face disciplinary action, which may include the withholding of salaries for serious violations.
Meanwhile, Interviews for teachers who successfully complete online assessments are set to begin on October 31. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance accountability and improve educational standards across schools. All teachers are urged to comply promptly to avoid potential repercussions.
