Pak Army Chief Asim Munir’s vision echoes in Global Security Discussions

Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir’s vision and efforts to root out menace of terrorism echoed in world as US Central Command’s magazine, “Unipath,” praised top general, highlighting his dedication to Pakistan’s security and stability.

The article lauded significant counterterrorism efforts, chalked out by Army Chief including over 22,000 intelligence-based operations that resulted in the elimination of hundreds of terrorists. COAS emphasized the need for terrorists to submit to state authority and stressed military preparedness for fifth-generation warfare.

He also supported socio-economic initiatives like Special Investment Facilitation Council and the Green Pakistan Initiative for job creation. The magazine also commended his commitment to interfaith harmony and the protection of minorities, as well as his efforts in military diplomacy, which strengthen ties with the U.S. and involve joint exercises with other countries.
