HP and NASTP Pakistan in collaboration with M&P have announced the launch of the HP Gaming Garage Lab in NASTP Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) at NASTP Lahore.
The initiative, supported by HP and M&P, aims to strengthen Pakistan’s gaming industry and digital economy. The lab at NIIT is equipped with HP All-in-One PCs and Victus Gaming Laptops, offering free online courses through HP Gaming Garage. With the global gaming market growing rapidly, this initiative will help young professionals tap into career opportunities in Esports, ICT, and media.
Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Asim Rana emphasized that gaming is now a major part of the global digital economy, requiring the right skills and infrastructure. HP’s Pakistan head, Nawaz Dhanji, highlighted the company’s commitment to digital education, while M&P CEO Kamran Nishat called the project a milestone for Pakistan’s gaming ecosystem.
The initiative aligns with Pakistan’s vision to become a regional tech hub, fostering innovation and providing new opportunities for young developers and Esports professionals.
