FDE announces Winter Vacations for Schools and Colleges in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD – The Federal Directorate of Education has announced Winter vacations for Schools and colleges that fall under the Federal Government. According to FDE, schools will close on December 22 due to winter holidays and reopen on January 1, 2024.

A notification stated earlier that the Winter Holidays will officially start from December 25, to December 25.

According to a notification issued by the FDE, all educational institutions falling under the Federal government will observe Winter vacations from December 22 to January 1, 2024.

Earlier in December, Punjab and Sindh Governments also announced Winter Vacations for schools and colleges.

In Punjab, the government stated that Winter vacation will start from December 18, 2023 to January 1, 2024.

Moreover, winter vacations for Sindh have also been announced. In Sindh, the winter vacations are to start from December 22 to January 1, 2024.
