Honda City 1.2 excise token tax update in Punjab [March 2024]

LAHORE – The Punjab Excise and Taxation Department is the competent authority to collect token tax every year from owners of vehicles with engine capacity above 1000cc.

The excise department collects one-time Rs15,000 token tax on the cars with engine capacity of 1000cc while there are different slabs for vehicles above 1000cc.

It is administered under the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Ordinance, 1965 and Motor Vehicle Tax Act, 1958.Honda City is one of the popular variants manufactured by the Japanese automaker in Pakistan.
