KARACHI – Toyota has reduced prices of its one of the top selling sedans, Yaris, amid rumours of hike in prices following the latest increase in sales tax.
The Indus Motor Company, which produces Toyota cars in Pakistan, has sent a notification to dealers in this regard.
According to the notification, the price of Toyota Yaris 1.3 MT was reduced by Rs73,000 to Rs4,326,000 while the new price of 1.3 CVT was fixed at Rs4,616,000 after a decrease of Rs73,000. The price of Yaris 1.3 MT Hi was cut by Rs73,000 to Rs4,586,000 while Yaris 1.3 CVT Hi saw a decline of Rs133,000 in its price with new rate standing at Rs4,766,000.
