Babar Azam no longer ranked as number 1 ODI Batsman

The reign of Babar Azam comes to an end after the great Batsman dominated the last 2 years of ICC’s rankings in ODI. He has now been replaced by Shubnam Gill of India as Babar’s reign comes to an end.

Babar Azam, the world class Batsman had dominated the world of cricket for the last 2 years. The cricket sensation from Pakistan, Babar had been a unique player from the very first day as he showed his class early on in his career. He had mesmerised the world with his performances and had taken the cricket world by storm.

However, due to bad luck in this CWC 23, Babar has not been able to perform so well in some innings, his rankings have dropped to second  position while the Indian sensation Shubnam Gill has overtaken him. Babar Azam is now ranked second with 824 points while Shubnam Gill now has 830 points.
