Pakistan has strongly condemned Iran for the violation of Pakistan’s Airspace and launching an attack which has claimed the lives of two innocent girls on Pakistani soil. Iranian claims state that they targeted a terrorist base of Jaish-al-Adl.
Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that this is unacceptable and is a complete violation of Pakistani Airspace.
The Ministry states that there are many channels between Pakistan and Iran and an unprovoked attack over Pakistan airspace is completely unacceptable and the consequences will have to be borne by Iran.
An official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Iranian officials have been called to Pakistan for the condemnation of these attacks in Pakistan. The Ministry states that this is a total violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty.
Pakistan has been lodging an attack against terrorism for quite some time but such attacks can seriously harm the relations of both countries as there are many channels for communication and unprovoked attacks from a neighbourly country without clearance is unacceptable.

What does the Iranian Media Claim?
Iranian media has been claiming that they have targeted a terrorist base in Panjgur. The media claims that the base of terrorist group Jaish-al-Adl was attacked.
However, this has further escalated the tensions in the region as the region was already disturbed due to the Israel-Hamas war.
Moreover, the condition of the Arabia sea is already dire as the Navy has already deployed warships.
The Houthis have blocked the passing of any commercial ships to Israel which has also led the US and UK to attack Yemen.
However, after these reports, the Iranian media outlets, some of them removed these posts which increased the confusion further.

Where is Pangjur?
According to sources, a town connects the Iranian border with Pakistan by the name of Chedgi. This town is situated on the outskirts of Maskhel River.
