The balloting for the program was conducted, and the first lucky winner was Abdul Latif, a resident of Dera Ghazi Khan. The successful applicants will receive the first loan installment by September 15, giving them the opportunity to start building their homes soon.
Winners of the lottery will be able to own their houses with a manageable payment plan. They will be required to pay up to Rs 15 lakh in total, with monthly installments of Rs 14,000 over seven years. This plan is designed to ease the financial burden on the citizens while providing them with their own homes.
