ISLAMABAD – Three more unauthorised housing schemes have been declared as illegal by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Buying real estate in such schemes is useless as it doesn’t bear any fruit at the end.
The housing scheme crisis continues in Pakistan as people have been scammed for millions of rupees. Now, the RDA has identified three more housing schemes in Rawalpindi that are illegal and advises citizens not to purchase any property there.
One of the housing schemes declared illegal is the Shah-i-Kharasan which is located in the Mouza Chakra.
Two more schemes are located near the Ring Road Rawalpindi and Chakbeli Road. They go by the name Imperial City and Ring Road Town.

Notices have been sent to the owners of all three schemes, Saeed Rizvi, Masood Azmat, and Umar Awan.
The RDA has also urged the Director of Metropolitan, Planning & Traffic Engineering to pursue these individuals and initiate legal action against them as they may have already scammed hundreds.
Sources suggest that lawsuits will be filed against these individuals and their sponsors will also be taken into account as they were advised and warned not to market unauthorised and unregistered schemes.
You can verify if a housing scheme is valid or not by going to the RDA’s official website. Click here to view RDA’s official website.
