WhatsApp Secret Code to Boost Privacy in Pakistan

The popular app WhatsApp has introduced yet another feature to boost the privacy of its users. The app has millions of users across the world and is considered one of the most privacy protected apps in the world. WhatsApp rolls out new updates from time to time and this time WhatsApp has rolled out yet another awesome update where WhatsApp launched Secret Code to boost Privacy in Pakistan.

The new update allows users to put secret code on their chats to protect them further. The secret codes are different from your mobile code and fingerprint. The secret codes add another layer of protection to the users chats.

This is done to ensure that even if the phone is compromised, the culprit can’t get ahold of the conversations as they will be secret code protected or password protected.

Users will also have the option to hide their password-protected chats and those chats can only be viewed when the secret code is entered into the search bar.

It’s also very easy to use and when a user needs to lock a new chat, all they need to do is to press the chat and hold until a drop-down menu appears where they can lock the chat without going into the chat settings.

WhatsApp had already launched the chat lock feature earlier this year and with the launch of secret codes, a new lawyer of protection has been added to Whatsapp chats and privacy of a user.

In the coming months the secret code feature will be available across the world.
