NADRA B-Form: Apply Online and Check for Status

NADRA B-Form is also known as Child Registration Certificate or more commonly referred as CRC. B form or CRC is very useful as it’s the official document used everywhere if you’re below 18. NADRA has not issued any official statement on applying for a CRC of B-Form online. Therefore, if an individual wishes to apply for a B form, he or she will have to visit the nearest NADRA centre.

Why Apply For a B-Form/CRC

Individuals who are over 18 years of age have a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).This is legal and official proof of citizenship or identity. However, if you’re below the age of 18, you will need an accredited document showcasing your identity. A B-Form is required for all kinds of official and legal matters if you’re below the age of 18 years, especially in admission to schools, colleges, universities if applicable, and jobs etc.

How to Apply for a NADRA B-Form in Pakistan 2023 

If you’re applying for a B-Form for the first time, you will need to visit the nearest NADRA centre. Here are the following requirements for NADRA B-Form:

1. Go to the nearest NADRA centre with one of your parents or Guardian.
2. Ensure that your Guardian has the original CNIC with them.
3. Ensure that you take your verified birth certificate with you.
4. You may be asked for biometric verification as well.

Even though the majority of NADRA’s applications can be received over the web, there is still no official portal for online application for B-Form. You can apply for a CNIC or FRC over the web over NADRA’s portal commonly known as the Pak Identity Portal.
